Kickboxing

Are you ready for a workout that's completely unlike any other you've tried? If you are ready to burn fat, tone up, lose weight and most importantly, build your confidence and self-esteem you've come to the right place. My classes are unique in that no workout will ever be the same and you will continue to see results with each workout, no matter how long you've been with me. 

The studio is a boutique workout space meaning that things run a little differently here. I am serving a population that is looking for something different. Something out of the ordinary, something special. There is not a set schedule of classes. The way it works is that you figure out a time that's best for you and then, schedule with me directly. 


Some Tips Before Class

  • You will need a pair of gloves.  I will provide them for your first session if you don't have your own
  • Please arrive a few minutes early so you can fill out paperwork before your first session
  • You WILL sweat. If you need one, bring a towel for wiping yourself off
  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. This is an intensive cardio workout. Treat your body with love and bring fluids
