Slowing down to reconnect with our surroundings allows us to uncover forgotten lessons around healing through plants. movement and yoga
Exercise is the best form of therapy! Make time in your life to move your body whether it's running, yoga, dancing or something else. We are able to transcend emotions when we are physically active in addition to tapping into happy, health promoting hormones like serotonin and dopamine.
What is coaching?
Coaching is designed to support you one on one as you dive deeper into your journey of self discovery, abundance, and optimal mental, emotional/spiritual and physical health. It's like having your own personal cheerleader to motivate and inspire you to step into your power and make the necessary adjustments and changes to your life that often you've been wanting to realize but have yet to turn into a reality for one reason or another. Learning to take a step back from old habits, patterns and frameworks can often leave us feeling alone and unsure as we shed the old and make room for the new.
Together we will work closely to create a system that supports you fully and encourages you to become your best self. In other words a vision will be set and the roadmap with a step by step guide will be put in place to gently and effectively move you from where you are today to where you would like to see yourself in the future. We will dive deeply into your diet, your mindset and beliefs and your overall lifestyle in order to free you from the things that haven't been working or that no longer serve you (sometimes you have to hang up that once loved outfit for something that fits better!).
The coaching program is a great fit for those who are ready to take their life to the next level. Programs are designed uniquely for each individual's needs and desires in order to achieve maximum results and growth. Primary areas of focus are on diet/nutrition, plant medicine, movement, and mindfulness.
