One Hour Yoga Session

Everyone seems to have an impression of what yoga is, what it should look like and what it means to be a "yogi," but yoga is really a practice that is incredibly unique, so throw the rest out!. Breaking out of the confinements of yoga is what keeps it challenging and transformational. Whether it is your first time trying yoga or you are a regular, push yourself to try something new-a private yoga session designed specifically for you and your goals.

Sessions may focus on but are not limited to:

-Stress/anxiety reduction, lifting depression, insomnia, weight loss, toning the muscles or general health and wellness

One hour sessions allow you to step away from the day and step into self care for your mental and physical well-being. Sessions will focus on breath work, physical poses, and mindfulness tools to support you beyond the class.
