February is a month that is generally spent thinking about the love that we want to give out to our sweethearts and those closest to us. This February, in addition to sharing our love with others, let’s turn that inward. This month is all about loving yourself in a way you haven’t in a long time, or maybe even ever. 28 days, self-love, self-care, it’s all about you!

Your challenge includes:

  • Phone session to set goals at the beginning of the program for 28 days and beyond

  • 4 Weekly group kboxing classes (½ off all other group classes)

  • At home workout guides

  • Meal plans and recipes based on your needs

  • Resources to support  you on your journey

  • Accountability check-ins

Group classes will be Saturdays from 10-11 with February 17th being an exception of starting a little bit earlier 9:30-10:30. We will likely be having classes Monday evenings as well 6-7.
