I signed up to do the health challenge with Gillian so I could do something for myself that would benefit me and my health. I wanted to feel better mentally and physically. I absolutely LOVED working with Gillian. She stayed in touch through out the entire challenge and was there for me if I had questions at any time and offered solutions. Her daily challenges were not only geared toward losing weight and being physically healthy but also teaching us to love ourselves! By the end of the challenge I definitely noticed changes in my body. Less bloating, less tired, clothes fit better, skin felt better. Also I had learned that I needed to relax more and try meditation, which was one of the harder parts of the challenge, finding time for just me. I would definitely recommend this challenge to anyone - it’s good for cleansing the body and connecting the mind with the body and soul. Working with Gillian on my diet needs was an awesome and eye opening experience for me.
